Soave

Vineyards situated in the Classico area of the hills of the north-east part of Verona.

Soft pressing with must fermentation at controlled temperature.

Straw yellow colour. The bouquet is elegant, slightly floral and fruity with hints of citrus. On the palate the wine is round and harmonious with medium length and with the characteristic almond aftertaste.

It goes nicely with hors d’oeuvres and delicate first courses, especially fish based.
