Chiaretto

Vineyards in the hills on the east side of lake Garda.

Soft pressing with short maceration of one day and subsequent fermentation in white at controlled temperature.

Colour: Blush rosé colour.
Bouquet: delicate and fruity scent, slightly vinous.
Flavour: fresh, savoury, and well-balanced flavour.

Ideal with appetizers, light first courses, a caprese salad and grilled fish. Try the original combination with sushi.
