Soft pressing with short maceration of one day and subsequent fermentation in white at controlled temperature.

A blush rosé colour, with a delicate and fruity bouquet, slightly vinous.
The flavour is fresh, savoury with a well-balanced flavour.

Ideal with appetizers, light first courses, a caprese salad and grilled fish. Try the original combination with sushi.
